The silo legs are made from 200 x 2 mm rectangular iron and 20 mm metal plates, supported by NPL 80 mm angle iron. The structural integrity is guaranteed by the use of 140 mm steel C-channel and ST-37 8 mm metal plates for the conical section support material.

The product is equipped with a 4" steel charging pipe extending to the silo leg and a maintenance platform. Features such as internal hatches and external manholes provide ease of use. The silo roof offers a complete structure, including guards. The production process is conducted according to structural analysis and approved project specifications, reinforcing the quality and safety of the product.

Our CS-200 model is coated with 1 layer of anti-corrosive paint and 2 layers of topcoat epoxy paint, with a total paint thickness of 140 microns, providing superior protection against external factors.
