In almost 50 years, the UFZ (Retraining and Advanced Training Center) has become synonymous with quality. With state-of-the-art technology, advanced specialist classrooms, and an Industry 4.0 facility, we have created all the technical prerequisites necessary to offer companies tailor-made training courses for inter-company vocational training, as well as advanced education and retraining.

Through the two retraining classes, companies in the region are regularly supplied with skilled workers in the metal and electrical sectors. At the same time, trainees benefit from the modern facilities in both classrooms and workshops.
