Founded in 1847, the family-run business, still managed by the 6th generation, has written an exceptional French industrial saga from its Alsatian birthplace in the 'Val d’Argent', midway between Strasbourg and Mulhouse. Today, the company boasts unique expertise in the art of wood processing while maintaining its distinction as an independent enterprise focused on innovation, with an integrated R&D department. A major European name in timber structures for both interior and exterior design, the company that envisioned and created the architecturally designed booa houses has always been able to adapt, seize opportunities, and successfully navigate major transitions. In 2017, an investment was made in a new CNC machine for processing aluminium, used for the production of our balustrades, following the acquisition of a new contract with one of the largest European DIY groups. This constant ability to meet new challenges defines the strength and identity of Burger.
