Manufactured by Able Engineering, this high-specification sanitary 316L stainless steel agitated pressure vessel is suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal care, food, beverage and fine chemical applications. Designed for vacuum and low-pressure service and suitable for installation within ATEX-rated environments. Constructed entirely in 316L stainless steel throughout with 8mm shell and dish walls, dished top and bottom heads, heavy duty tubular stainless steel leg supports with bolt-down base plates and load cell arrangement, hygienic internal finish < 0.8 Ra, and full hygienic ferrule fittings throughout conforming to ASME BPE / BS3062. Suitable for CIP.

Fitted with SEW-Eurodrive geared agitator with double mechanical seal, seal pressure pot, and reinforced agitator mounting. Nozzles and fittings include 610mm hinged manway, CIP inlet with dip pipe and TOD clip-on spray fitting, pressure relief valve connection, nitrogen blanketing connection with pressure indicator, Endress & Hauser hygienic thermowell, dual flush polished level switches, load cell arrangement on support legs, lifting lugs, and earthing boss.
Three units currently available, all brand new and never commissioned, sourced directly from the same INEOS facility. Tank saddles available on request for either single use or purchase.
