The Absolent filter is one of the most efficient oil mist and oil smoke filters in the world.
It features very low maintenance requirements—up to 6 years of operation without filter replacement—which translates into extremely low operating costs.
Thanks to its construction and large filter surface area, it offers both long service life and consistently high separation efficiency.
To guarantee a constant separation rate of 99.99%, the ODF 2000 is equipped with a third filter stage (HEPA filter). Thanks to these three filtration levels, the air can typically be recirculated back into the workshop.
Due to its design, the filter can operate continuously without any downtime.
Collected liquid accumulates at the bottom of the filter and can be reused in the machining process.
