Economical blister machine with a quick format change unit for more flexibility. Universal feeder for handling of almost all types such as capsules, flat tablets, oval tablets, capsule tablets, triangular tablets or other various shapes. Adjustable sealing pressure for different product requirements. The machine is additionally equipped with a film waste material trimming cutting device which allows production runs of approximately 90 minutes. Integrated camera inspection systems (pinhole detector, BASLER color camera) automatically eject defective blisters and ensure the quality of the blister packs. Two holding devices for two blister film rolls and the integrated blister film splicer increase efficiency during material changeover. The length of the final blister is adjustable by software.
