AMTEC HPFS MINI 25-L

Horizontal packaging machine, DUPLEX MINI VERSION, for premade doypacks, block bottom pouches, flat pouches. Duplex version with higher cycle rate. Modules for specific pouch properties such as zipper, spout, gusset shape can be integrated, optional: batch/date printer, gassing module. Bag detectors checking the correct placement and complete opening of the doypack. The product infeed chute allows immediate pouch filling after the pouch is detected and keeps the sealing area free from contamination at the same time. A special gripper system ensures the right position of the doypack during the filling process before the bag is closed and sealed. MITSUBISHI PLC, SMC vacuum filter, OMRON PID temperature control, AIRTAC-cylinder. - Specifications: stainless steel version (SS304); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 25 cycles/minute; bag width: 100-300mm; bag length: 100-350mm; compressed air: 0.4m³/min, 6.5bar; power: 220V, 2kW, 1 phase.
