AMTEC HPFS ROTO 30-8L

Premade pouches packaging/filling and closing machine, rotary operation with 8 working positions. Suitable for flat pouces and doypack style pouches with/without zipper or spout. Easy operation through touch screen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency conversioin for speed adjustment, no-pouch- (or no open pouch) no-filling/seal function. Motorized bag width adjustment, oil free plastic bearings, all product or bag contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Can be used with all kinds of infeed/dosing modules (optional) to pack granulate like products, liquids, pastes, powdes, etc. Suitable for a wide range of film materials like compound/monolayer PE, PP, paper, etc. (please ask for details). Bag infeed vertically with hopper (for flat bags), optionally: horizontally infeed, especially for zipper or spout bags. Sucking unit to open all kind of bags with thinner film material. Suitable for the following bag dimensions: L(200-450)xW200-300)mm. - Technical specifications: max. speed of the machine in neutral: 30 cycles/minute; power: 380V, 4.0kW; compressed air: 0.6m³, 6bar; machine dimensions: L2500xW1800xH1800mm; weight: 1400kg.
