ANDRITZ SE1000 MRD

Used Andritz model SE1000 MRD chamber membrane type filter press. Filter press has (75) plates 1000 x 1000 mm combination of membrane, chamber and end plates. Filtration surface 93,8 m2 with possibility of expansion to 110 m2. Cake volume 1230 litres with possibility of expansion to 1435 litres, cake thickness 30 mm. The unit has hydraulic closure with a maximum closing pressure of 385 bar, a maximum filtration pressure of 15 bar. Central feeding, closed discharge, (5) eyes per plate, the possibility of cake washing. The filter press is equipped by automatic plate shifter and automatic drip tray. Dimension of the filter press: approx 8095 mm (lenght) x 2015 mm (width) x 1960 mm (height), weight approx 9600 kg. Includes control panel and carbon steel frame. Filter press is Atex rated Ex II2G Ex d IIC T4, IP65.
