Units:
Jointing unit including AIGNER diamond jointing cutter heads, with
DIA Konstantin interchangeable cutter system and controlled edge blow-off nozzle
behind the 2nd jointing cutter head.
Crosscut saw unit with extraction device including pneumatically swivelling
saw blades, adjustable and programmable from the control panel.
Radius milling unit
Rounding unit (copying milling unit) with insertable base function and
2-position turret. The entire unit can be inserted and removed pneumatically.
Radius scraper unit can be inserted and removed, including extraction device
with chip collection box for scraper chips.
Flat scraper unit with 4-way scraper blades. The entire unit can be inserted
and removed.
Flat scraper blade unit with 4-way scraper blade. The entire
unit can be inserted and removed. Removed glue residue is extracted.
Buffing unit with 2 fabric buffing discs arranged at an angle.
