All turnable inserts on the milling units and scrapers have been renewed or rotated, saws sharpened, jointing cutters resharpened, buffing wheels renewed. The machine is therefore immediately ready for use. Only the diamond cutter for the profile milling unit has not been renewed but is still sharp.

Minor paint defects have been retouched.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer restarts while the machine is running (mostly at high room temperatures); this has not been an issue for us, as work can continue during the reboot.
