This fully automatic concrete plant, with all its equipment assembled on a single mobile chassis, makes the production process extremely practical. Only a flat surface needs to be prepared on the construction site, allowing concrete production to begin quickly without any time loss.

The MOBIL 30's cement silo has a capacity of 30 tons, but it can also work with external silos ranging from 50 to 500 tons, depending on requirements. Users can choose between single-shaft, pan, or planetary mixer alternatives according to their production needs. This ensures high efficiency in ready-mix concrete, dry concrete, or precast production. The use of a mobile aggregate pre-feeding conveyor eliminates the need for a ramp, minimizing infrastructure investments.

The system is equipped with SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and offers full control thanks to advanced automation software. Its dimensions comply with international road transport standards, making it easy to transport between construction sites.
