CONSTMACH V-90 mobile vertical shaft impact crusher is a compact mobile crushing and screening plant that offers high efficiency and superior quality. Also known as a mobile sand making machine, this system is an ideal solution for producing material in the 0–5 mm range, in a cubic form and with a fine grain size. Thanks to its engineering marvel design, robust construction, and long-lasting components, the V-90 delivers maximum performance even in challenging field conditions.

This model can process materials obtained after primary and secondary crushing operations, as well as natural stones up to 45 mm in size directly. It delivers superior crushing performance on stones of varying hardness, such as limestone, basalt, granite, dolomite, and gabbro. Production capacity ranges from 200 to 250 tons per hour, depending on material hardness. In addition to sand, simultaneous production of three different final fractions is possible.

The V-90 consists of advanced components such as a vibrating feed bunker, VSI 900 CR vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, feedback and stock belts, hydraulic-legged mobile chassis, and PLC-controlled automation system. Thanks to its user-friendly design, installation time is very short, and it can be commissioned without requiring external equipment. Siemens–Schneider brand electronic components and remote control capability allow the system to be managed from a single tablet.
