The system enables:

* the removal of various types of pollutants, such as whole oils and/or emulsifiable oils, the technical data sheets for which must be checked before any order is placed in order to avoid incompatibility with the product used. In any case, systems operating with Soltene (Super-stabilised Tetrachloroethylene) must not be used with oils containing active sulphur or high percentages of chlorinated paraffins; the presence of such contaminants must be highlighted by the user in order to identify specific cleaning solutions.

• to clean any type of metal or different alloys (ferrous steels, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper, bronze, etc.) without them undergoing oxidation or colour changes.

* Removal of “chips” from blind holes, carried out by immersion in the “Soltene” solvent combined with the action of high-pressure jets of the same solvent.

* to carry out washing cycles with “Soltene” solvent in hot, cold and vapour phases in the pre-set sequences and timeframes, using pressure jets and/or immersion, depending on individual requirements.

The parts are dried with hot air in a dehumidified environment.

* to use fresh “Soltene” solvent in every wash cycle, which is essential for achieving consistent wash quality over time, regardless of the quantity and quality of the material being treated, as well as the quantity and quality of the contaminant removed from the material itself.
