Carton erection and packaging system Description: The machine is used to repack 0.5 l bottles from modular crates into carrier boxes of 4. It is connected to the palletizing system and packer via conveyor belts and consists of the bottle carrier erector and the unpacker/packer. Bottle carrier erector: Here, pre-glued cardboard cuts are manually inserted into the magazines by the operating personnel, from there they are automatically removed, erected and transported to the bottle carrier inserter in two lines using a belt conveyor. Unpacker and packer: Here the full modular crates are unpacked individually. The bottles run along a short conveyor belt to the packer/bottle carrier inserter, who packs them into the erected boxes. The filled boxes are then transported to the crate packer.
