• Pretreatment: renewed in 2024/25 by Euroimpianti, a 5-chamber system independent of chemical suppliers was installed. The system is currently operated with Alufinish chemicals in a chrome-free process. The pretreatment has a fully automatic Medotec chemical dosing and monitoring system. The pressure pumps are also monitored to ensure that the pretreatment is 100% effective. The chamber width is designed for 700 mm. The cycle time is currently 5 minutes/chamber, but can be adjusted individually.
