Emmegi Phantomatic T3a

Machining center with 3 CNC-controlled axes for processing profile bars or parts made of aluminum, PVC, non-ferrous metals, and steel up to 3 mm. The machine is equipped with an 8-position tool changer, allowing the integration of 2 angle heads and a disc cutter for 5-sided machining of the workpiece. Additionally, the machine features a movable worktable that facilitates loading and unloading, and increases the maximum processable profile cross-section relative to profile width. All CNC axes are absolute axes, eliminating the need for re-zeroing when restarting the machine. Clamping elements are automatically positioned by the X-axis, taking collision zones into account.
