Flexor xCUT

The xCUT is the ideal machine for customers requiring all-in-one label production. With the xCUT and a Memjet printer, it is possible to print, laminate, die-cut, and produce a finished label roll in a single pass.

The system die-cuts and laminates inline with a printing system at speeds of up to 12 meters per minute, or 28 meters per minute in rotary mode, making it suitable for higher volume jobs as well. Another benefit is that the die-cutting process is not decoupled from the printing process; both can be executed in a single operation. Although these machines may appear complex, they are significantly easier to operate compared to systems in the digital cutting segment.

Unfortunately, the machine cannot be fully operated because the unwind unit is not functioning. We believe this could be resolved via a software adjustment, but since we do not have a support contact and the unit is not essential for our production, further effort is not worthwhile. The servo drive batteries should be replaced and the machine generally needs to be properly calibrated. A function test and demonstration can be arranged. We are happy to assist with shipping and disassembly. Die-plates in various formats, laminate, and label rolls are also included.
