Foudila Oy DNM-153 Deck Nailing Machine

Oy Foudila Ab is a company, in Kaskinen, Finland with over 45 years of experience in equipment for timber handling. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in pallet industry and have developed a lot of machines over the years for nailing, automatic timber feeding and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions for the customer's purposes.

Foudila deck nailing machine, DNM-153 is a compact, flexible, and efficient machinery for production of decks for pallet industry to an excellent price-performance ratio. Thanks to the machine’s high production speed, user-friendly design and board magazines with large buffer, it is well suited for manufacturing both standard and special products in small and large production series with only one operator. The machine is capable of producing over 1000 decks per work shift.

The machine is equipped with three nailers with magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can include 1–3 nails and can also be clinched if needed. The boards are fed into magazines with a large buffer – three cassettes for stringer/under boards and one cassette for deck/upper boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via a modern and user-friendly software interface on a 10” touchscreen, using a Beckhoff control system.

Thanks to the machine’s compact design, it requires a very small production footprint and makes installation fast and easy because the machine can be delivered fully assembled.

The machine can of course be equipped with a conveyor for finished products, automatic stacker and automatic board feeder. These options can also be installed at a later stage, allowing for investment step-by-step.
