Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with more than 45 years of experience in woodworking machinery. The LNM-355 is a flexible, compact, and highly efficient pneumatic nailing machine for producing blocks for pallet manufacturing. The user-friendly control program allows for extremely fast changeover times; furthermore, settings for over 100 different block variants can be stored. Five pneumatic nailers equipped with jumbo coil magazine systems and nail detection indicators are installed. Blocks consisting of 2–5 sub-blocks per block can be produced. Between 1 and 9 nails can be inserted per nailing pattern. The machine features a large board cassette magazine. A soundproof and safety enclosure ensures quiet and safe operation. Control is performed via a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff control system. The adjustment of block positions can be done manually or automatically. A large buffer for finished blocks is provided.

Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an optimized block cutter, automatic block infeed, automatic board feeding, and automatic block stacking.
