Gemma Group Bolero 5

5-axis CNC machining center for processing aluminium, steel, light metals and PVC. Bolero 5 has a massive machine bed.

The machining spindle is a 17 kW (S6) electrospindle with HKS 63F cone.
The maximum speed is 24,000 rpm, controlled by a frequency converter. Bolero 5 has an automatic tool changing system with a 12-place magazine. The work area is equipped with 8 automatic positioning motorized vices controlled by the CN. The travel range of the X-axis is 7,000 mm (optional extension to a total of 9,400 mm). Pendulum machining is also available if desired (optional). It is operated via a PC Windows with a 17" color screen.
The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protective devices in accordance with EC directives.
