We are offering a HOMAG SAWTEQ B-200 automatic panel saw, model HPP200/32/32 — a high-precision machine designed for cutting both laminated and unlaminated panels from wood-based materials.
Machine highlights
The saw features a motor-adjustable pre-scoring unit, a 21" Full HD multitouch display, and HOMAG's CAD MAtic control system with 2D and 3D cut plan visualisation. Positioning is handled by a maintenance-free electromagnetic system with ±0.1 mm accuracy. Remote diagnostics are available via TeleServiceNet.
The saw carriage runs at 1–80 m/min and is driven by a toothed belt and gear system — no lubrication required, no resonance effects, and precise positioning guaranteed. A 10-year warranty is included on the carriage guides.
The pressure beam provides identical pressure across the full panel width, eliminating parallelism errors and material damage. The optimised dust extraction keeps emission levels well below prescribed limits.
