Koch SPRINT-PTP Basic

The KOCH SPRINT-PTP Basic is a high-precision CNC point-to-point drilling and dowel insertion machine designed for efficient production in furniture and cabinet manufacturing.

Built in 2017 by the renowned German manufacturer KOCH Maschinenfabrik, this machine ensures reliable and accurate drilling, gluing, and dowel insertion operations. It is ideal for small to medium-sized woodworking companies looking to automate and increase productivity in carcass and panel production.

The machine features a horizontal drilling unit with dowel vibration system, glue injector, and four horizontal clamps with central zero positioning for precise workpiece alignment. The mechanical Z-axis readout allows accurate depth control.

Equipped with a 15” screen and Windows (7) -based control system, the machine offers user-friendly operation and easy programming.
