Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of stationary machines, meaning the cross-machine operations are performed on stationary board. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width for the board is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (carton cutting automatic):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cutting and cross-cuts in the board.

Linear cross-scoring unit for cross scorings in the board. (Available as scorer, or scorer with perforation option)

Longitudinal scoring units from above for lengthwise scoring on the board.
Longitudinal cutting units for performing the lengthwise cuts.

2) 5-section carton magazines

5 carton magazines ensure the provision and feeding of raw board to the processing machine.
Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 2,200 mm possible.

3) Control cabinet, controls, electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
