The A630 Thicknesser is engineered to precisely plane a layer of wood to a desired thickness. The A630 series features a robust cast iron table with a precision-planed surface. The table is raised and lowered on four trapezoidal screws, guided by four Ø60 mm posts. The table is mounted within a rigid frame, ensuring the highest machining quality. One of the standout features of the machine is its modern design. Standard equipment includes automatic workpiece thickness adjustment, variable speed feed, two smooth outfeed rollers behind the cutter block, and a helical infeed roller.

Another significant advantage is the high-performance cutter block, equipped with four planing knives, each with three individual adjustment screws for precision setup.
