This MIKRON Multistar CX 24 Rotary Transfer Machine was manufactured in the year 2003 in Switzerland. It excels in accurately producing part families and intricate workpieces in large quantities. Its table index offers exceptional repeatability of ± 2.5 µm. With 24 stations equipped with up to 44 machining units, it ensures incredibly high output rates. This Rotary Transfer Machine located in Germany comes with loading station (brass D= 3.9mm), unloading station, part selector (8 compartment, see picture), lateral drilling unit, rotating straightener (October 2023 completely new in stock), feed / sawing unit (control and inverter overhauled in 2021), pneumatic loading (via feed pipe), chip conveyor with waste water pump, KNOLL coolant system (2,000 liters) with drum screen filter, flushing pump and vacuum pump including low-pressure pump (5 bar) and high-pressure pump (60 bar).
