OLIVER & BATLLE Dispermix 50

Used dissolver by Oliver+Batlle S.A.(ES) type DISPERMIX 50 designed for work on vacuum. Machine has non-corrosive shaft with working length 144.5 cm. Shaft is belt driven by el motor 40 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 hz. Ex design of motor (ExeG). Mechanical adjustment of shaft rotation. Shaft is equipped with stainless steel toothed disc, with diameter 350 mm. Rising and lowering of agitator in range 110 cm and is driven hydraulically. Machine has also lid cover, with diameter 108.5 cm, for work on vacuum, rised and lowered by two hydraulical actuators. Together with mixer there are:
- vacuum pump Pfeiffer Vacuum model Hena 200, output up to 240 m3/h, driven by el motor 5.5 kW.
- stainless steel mixing pan with volume 500 l. Mounted on 4 leg, no bottom discharge outlet.
