SAC sueri F30

There are two separate machines that can operate independently from each other but also work together. We only produce windows on the SAC F30; for doors, we use the FS.05 and the F30 together.
We also have a tooling set that can produce window profiles in four thicknesses: 58/68/78/88 mm and, optionally, 108 mm, from the Italian manufacturer Fantacci. It comes with a large number of spare cutting plates. All digital and paper drawings are available with order numbers for the spare cutting plates, etc. New blades can be easily ordered from Fantacci in Italy.
Dust extraction pipes are included, along with pneumatic valves and automatic control.
Additional software with unlimited time access allows you to design a window, door, or sliding door and send the production file directly to the machine.
All information about the machine, including electrical/pneumatic layout drawings, a spare parts catalog, etc., is available.
The machine will be available from 08/2026.
You can see the machine in operation at our facility until 20.08.2026.

If you are interested, we will provide additional information on how the machine works (1-2 days of training). You will need to arrange the transport yourself, but we will load the machine onto the truck.

SAC FS.05 drilling machine = €14,000.00
(If both machines are purchased together, the combined price is €50,000.00)
Cutting tool set, including spare cutting plates = €8,500.00
Dust extraction with automated pneumatic valves is included free of charge, as is the Ramasoft software license.
