The MTN boiler is a hot water generator that uses sawdust as fuel, with "AUTOFOCO" type burner loading.
The boiler is of horizontal type
Tubular plates and shell are made of thick carbon steel sheet.
The core is covered with refractory cement with a high percentage of alumina.

At the rear there is a cast iron grate for burning solid pieces of wood, calculated for an output equal to 60% of the rated output of the boiler.
The tube bundles are made of carbon steel.
The base incorporating the hearth is of large dimensions, to allow the burner to be mounted with a plug.
The boiler is supplied with an air distribution manifold.

The boiler body is insulated with mineral wool and covered with cast iron
