A complete and modular Schubert packaging line with top loading is available. 1) Multi-lane product infeed with plastic modular chain conveyor MCC series 1000, transport lanes: 5, modular chain width: 82.5mm, total width: 4000mm, curve radius: 500mm, curve angle: 180°/90°. 2) Lane merging, conveyor belt width after merging: 380mm. 3) Plastic chain curve conveyor, curve radius: 500mm, conveyor belt width: 380mm, deflection: 90°. 4) Conveyor width adapter station, width: 590mm. 5) Packaging line infeed conveyor, length: 5120mm, section: 1200mm, infeed speed: 17 products/min. 6) TML packaging system Schubert, width: 1200mm, length: 5120mm, robot type: Schubert F4 pick-and-place, performance range: 60-120 picks/min. 7) Carton erector, magazine arrangement: vertical. 8) Top loading filling station. 9) Carton closing station, closing type: flap closing, closing capacity: 60 cartons/min. 10) Outfeed transport, throughput capacity: approx. 15 cartons/min. 11) Bottle distributor. 12) Transmodule transport. The system was used in the beverage industry for grouping and cartoning of sparkling wine. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
