Construction:
The supporting structure consists of an exceptionally robust monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and very rigid; its particularly wide support surface is specifically designed to ensure the machine’s stability, providing sustained precision regardless of working conditions, without the need for floor anchoring. The movable portal is formed from a solid single piece, anchored to both sides of the base and running on high-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball carriages. Dual drive motors on the X-axis ensure top performance even under heavy-duty conditions.

Movement along the lower movable unit (X-axis) and along the gantry (Y-axis) is achieved via helical rack and pinion transmission.
