The Stanko 5M841 (5A841) is a heavy-duty gear grinding machine designed for precision finishing of cylindrical gears with straight and helical teeth. This machine is widely used in industrial gear production and is known for its robust construction, reliability, and long service life.

The machine is capable of grinding gears with helix angles up to ±45° and supports workpieces weighing up to 200 kg. Grinding is performed using disc-type grinding wheels with a diameter of 260–350 mm and a width of 16–32 mm, ensuring high accuracy and consistent surface quality.

The grinding wheel spindle operates at 1920 rpm and is driven by a 1.5 kW motor. The reciprocating stroke of the grinding slide is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 160 mm, with a variable stroke rate of 50 to 280 double strokes per minute, allowing precise adaptation to different gear sizes and grinding conditions.

The machine is equipped with a rotary work table (Ø 280 mm) and is designed for continuous industrial operation. Power supply is 3-phase, 380 V, 50 Hz. With an overall machine weight of approximately 8000 kg, the 5M841 offers excellent stability during grinding operations.
