Stegherr KSF-mini Cross Bar Milling Machine

For manufacturing cross bar joints in window or furniture construction.
All three machining steps are performed in a single clamping:
1. Milling the upper mitre by moving the milling unit to the rear
2. Sawing the web by swiveling the clamped workpiece
3. Milling the lower mitre by moving the milling unit forward

Maximum workpiece cross-section: 56 x 46 mm
Pneumatic foot switch for clamping the workpieces
Stop ruler with optical reading
Milling head with indexable inserts
3 saw blades included
Total connected load 400V / 3.3kW (Saw motor 2.2kW, Milling motor 1.1kW)

Machine in original paint, only used for demonstrations so far.
