Vertical broaching machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

60 KN version:
The application area is primarily in the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (but also larger) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact machine, which requires little space, can therefore be used successfully in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is provided by a pole-switching gearbox brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be clamped firmly. The stroke adjustment is carried out by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.
