Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 programmable memory settings, ensuring the reliable elimination of the “human factor.”

As space-saving as a turntable pallet wrapper with a horseshoe-shaped platform and as robust as a closed system—this machine unites the best of both worlds!

The electromagnetic brake allows you to precisely adjust and save the film tension at each program step (bottom wraps, upward wraps/top wraps, downward wraps). Within the programs, you can also set the speed of the film carriage and turntable. Top wraps, bottom wraps, and the film overlap at the end of the pallet can also be stored for each program. This allows you to store individual programs for every packing arrangement, achieving consistently optimal wrapping results. The programs can be password protected, so the operator can only select from the programmed settings.

Weighing 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1200 kg. Our Profiline LP features a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2500 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photo sensor) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps.
