ZIM A3600 machine can make concrete pipe, square culvert and other concrete materials between 800mm-3600mm diameter and 2000mm-3500mm lenght.
In this machines mortar stocking and filling operations are done by mortar conveyor band with bunker.
Materials which produced in this machine are transferred to drying area via crane.
Our machine is making production on steel pallets. Produced material is carried to drying area with outer mould.
After discharging the ready material to drying area, outer mold is movingto main machine for new production.
Our Machine is working with hydraulic press and vibration systems.
Vibration system of the machine is special design of ZIM Engineers.
Vibration system which have oil cooling system and special oil unit.
Special designed strong chassi of the machine enables long live producing without errors. Vibration table is made on high precision CNC machines.
