Designed to improve thawing yield while minimising drip loss, the RoteX Classic Defroster uses an immersion thawing process to help maintain product quality throughout defrosting.
Compared with traditional air-thawing methods, the system offers improved yield, reduced product loss and more consistent thawing performance. The immersion process can provide yield improvements of up to 5%, helping to maximise the usable weight and value of the product.
