The ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welding machine was manufactured in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH in 2014, but it has been in operation since 2017. This mobile laser welding machine is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9kW laser beam power), enabling the repair and modification of various components such as dies, molds, injection molds, tools, and machine parts in any selected location. Welding is performed in a semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head, allowing access to the interior of the welded component. It is controlled via a computer, joystick, and foot switch. The machine is in very good technical and visual condition and has been regularly serviced.
The machine comes with a table.
