The line includes two SMF COMBI 400 automatic PET bottle blow molding machines, an AMER rinsing-filling-capping monoblock, a SACMI LABELLING OPERA 200 RF labeling machine and an AMER shrink wrapper.Filling capacity: 4,000–5,000 bph for bottles with 30/25 mm necks.Blowing capacity: up to 4,000 bph on 1.5L bottles through two SMF COMBI 400 blowers.Labeling capacity: 12,000 bph.Shrink-wrapping capacity: 300 packs/h.Bottle range: 0.25L to 2.5L for the blow molding section.Available mold formats: 0.33L, 0.6L, 1.5L and 5.0L, depending on the machine section.Filling monoblock configuration: 16/18/6.Required installed power: 120 kW.Required hall surface: approximately 500 m².Advanced Automation & Control SystemsThe PET bottle blow molding section uses infrared preform heating with 8 segments, 14 lamps and 550 mm heating elements. The SMF COMBI 400 machines operate with a 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply and have an installed power of 56 kW per machine. The labeling machine operates at 400 V, 50 Hz and is rated at 28 kW and 47 A.The AMER filling monoblock integrates rinsing, filling and capping in a compact process block. It is equipped with a HEPA filter and an integrated CIP aggregate with disinfection, supporting hygienic beverage production and efficient internal cleaning procedures.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThis complete bottling line is designed as an integrated PET packaging solution for still water production. Preforms are handled by the SMF hopper and supplied to the blow molding machines, while air conveying transfers formed PET bottles toward the filling section.
