Fully automatic twist-off lid capping machine for bottles and containers. The sealing machine is equipped with a vacuum device for a longer shelf life of your products. 1 head rotary capper closes the lids quickly with 5-20 NM. Conveyor belts (infeed and outfeed of containers/bottles) for integration into the packaging line are included. - Specifications max. speed of the machine in neutral: 20 cycles/minute; conveyor belt speed can be adjusted accordingly: 0-15m/min; bottle diameter: two ranges: a) 30-85mm, b) 80-150mm; lid diameter: customized; adjustable height of the twist off heads: 50-180mm; vacuum degree: -85kpa; materials used: mainly stainless steel 304; protective screens* and links of the conveyor belt are made of plastic; machine dimensions: L1800xW660xH1700mm; weight: 650kg. * The machine photo shows an open machine without protective covers and safety doors for a better illustration.
