AMTEC HPFS Z50-L FSP

Horizontally cam driven, intermittent operating filling and sealing machine, to fill and handle pre-made pouches (flat, doypacks) with zipper. Suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). One bag is handled per machine cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and accordingly 1 charging hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with a second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist , either to handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen user interface (different languages available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature monitor. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-310)xW(90-210)mm; filling capacity: max. 1600ml; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)2700x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 900kg. All product contacting parts made of stainless steel (SS304). Any dosing unit and/or other modules (such as conveyor etc.) shown on the picture are optional modules to this position and only depicted for demonstration purposes. The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. We gladly verify and confirm on basis of sampling the compatibility of the respective composite film.
