Fully automatic filling and closing machine for filling pharmaceutical liquids into vials. Suitable for aseptic filling and for vaccines. The main machine doses with peristaltic pump system safely, precisely and caps the vials with a freeze dryer stopper. The 8-head capping machine also works very quickly, precisely and is suitable for aluminum twist-off caps. The vials are guided individually, which enables safe and fast filling and capping. The included collecting table for the final product, the main machine and the capping machine can be flexibly combined to a complete line. All machines are equipped with dust cover and laminar flow hood. - Specifications of filling and capping system: number of filling stations: 4; number of capping heads for freeze dryer stopper: 1; number of capping heads for aluminum twist-off caps: 8; filling volume: max. 30ml per vial; speed of the machine in neutral: max. 150 bottles/min (at 4 filling stations and 5ml per vial); accuracy: = ± 1-3%; suitable bottles: glass; power: 3.35kW; 220/380V; line dimensions: depending on customized orientation; total weight: approx. 1215kg.
