Lid Removal System for Capsule, 16-cavity

Short Description:
The lids are removed from the open mold using the removal arm.
The injection-molded products are extracted on the ejector side.
Presence of the parts is checked on the removal arm.
As soon as the removal arm reaches its end position, the lids are transferred into the prepared box by a vertical servo axis.
Once the box is full (by counting lids), the box is conveyed outwards and the next empty box is brought in.
