15-18kg coffee roaster, drum roaster, propane gas, three-phase power, 3 motors (exhaust, cooling air, drum), gear drive for drum = individually adjustable drum speed, exhaust air is controlled via exhaust motor speed, rapid cooling thanks to powerful extraction, control is electronic/manual with touch panel, firewire socket for connecting a laptop/computer to record custom profiles via software (Cropster, Artisan), very quiet operating noise, powerful extraction, no chipping due to double-walled drum! Additional door for quick emptying, drum is narrower and deeper than competitors for more even temperature distribution, patented agitator in the cooling tray, loading trap door with weight (keeps the filling funnel closed during roasting).
Only 1,250 batches roasted so far from late 2019 to now. Clean, lubricated, serviced. Never roasted to second crack, thus no burnt fat residues. Propane connection hoses are included with pressure reducer set to 1 bar, including safety valves in front of the roaster.

Package also includes a matching 100–800 gram shop roaster from COFFEETOOL, perfect for small quantities, sample roasting, or use in a coffee shop. I’ve only used it about 20 times for roasting courses, so LIKE NEW! Also propane-powered, like the larger unit, with 3 motors for simultaneous roasting and cooling; instead of a touch panel, manual rotary dials. Propane hose (Austrian fittings) included with pressure regulator set to 50 millibar.
