General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and flanging applications. The 8-slideway H-frame construction provides maximum rigidity during pressing operations, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances consistently throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 200/70 model, featuring a 200-ton main ram and a 70-ton lower blank holder (pot) capacity, is engineered for medium-to-high tonnage deep drawing and flanging processes. The frame structure undergoes vibratory stress relief for long-lasting and reliable performance.
