The unit was used for feeding contact pins for electrical connectors.

The pins are stocked in the material hopper; the conveyor belt transfers the pins as required into the bowl feeder.
The bowl feeder, equipped with two sorting tracks, delivers the pins to the product turner.
The product turner orients the product to the desired position and releases it for further processing.
The unit comes from a prototype system. External electrical control is not included and should be provided by a PLC.
Without modification, also suitable for automatic and correctly oriented feeding of threaded studs up to M4 x 26.
