The Duplo Bookletmaker System 5000/4000 is a sophisticated and highly efficient finishing solution, designed to streamline booklet production with precision and reliability. Manufactured in 2013 and currently operational in a German printshop, this system is built to handle sheets up to 350 x 500 mm, making it ideal for a wide range of booklet and brochure formats.

The system is comprised of two Collorator towers, each featuring 10 compartments (DBM 4000), ensuring smooth and organized sheet collation. It also includes a delivery/offset stacker (DBM 4000) for neat output stacking, and a stitching and folding unit (DBM 5000) for professional booklet assembly. A dedicated pressing plant (DBM 5000) guarantees crisp, flat results, while the integrated trimmer (DBM 5000)???equipped with new blades and updated controls???delivers clean, precise cuts every time.

Enhancing operational flexibility, the system features an adjustable kicker/display for customizable interval settings. The DBM 4000 components were built in 2007, while the DBM 5000 units were added in 2013. With each tower boasting 4 million cycles and the trimmer at 2.5 million, this system has proven its durability and performance. Regular maintenance by FKS Hamburg ensures the machine remains in top working condition, ready to meet the demands of high-volume production environments.
