The Titan DrillCut is a powerful CNC machining center that combines thermal cutting (plasma or oxy-fuel) with precise drilling and thread cutting in one machine. The robust gantry design ensures vibration-free processing even with heavy material thicknesses up to 200 mm.

Equipped with the integrated VarioDrill system, it allows for efficient, non-hardening machining of holes from Ø 6 to 40 mm as well as thread cutting from M4 to M20. An automatic tool changer enables rapid switching between drilling, countersinking, and threading – ideal for automated production processes.
