Induction furnace for heating steel with dimensions up to 550mm in length, 100mm in width, and 20mm in thickness. The furnace is connected to a feeder for small rods with dimensions from 10x10 to 22x22 and a length of up to 300 mm. The hopper feeder sorts the parts and automatically loads the inductor with consecutive pieces for heating. The feeder is ideal for producing large nails, screws, etc. Its operation can be seen in a YouTube video. The efficiency is very high. For small elements, heated parts at 1100 degrees are retrieved every 6 seconds. We have two inductors for the furnace to heat materials with thicknesses up to 20mm and up to 16mm. It is possible to modify the furnace to suit your needs. Replacing the inductor with other sizes costs approximately 3000 EUR. The machine is very versatile in terms of the sizes of heated products.

It is possible to heat flat bars, round rods, or square rods.
