Geometry checked.
Z-guides in the area of the main spindle (chuck) are slightly worn.
Z-slide tilts in X and Y under load up to 0.1mm; in this range, precise work is no longer possible at higher clamping pressure.
Tool changer checked and adjusted.
X-axis belt replaced and machine zero point set.
Automatic band lubrication oil loss – troubleshooting performed, problem resolved, lubrication oil line renewed.

Machine is operational – with reservation regarding Z-axis guidance.
